Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Once a year the ACRN asks a number of trial patients to complete a survey about how satisfied they feel with the care and information they have received from the trials team. The survey that has been used in previous years can be seen below.

Last year 24 patients who had participated in trials were asked if they would mind completing the survey and fourteen agreed. Out of all the patients who responded, 90% of patients were satisfied or completely satisfied with the service that they had received from the clinical trials team and there were not any issues raised that needed urgent attention.

During the next few months we are reviewing the existing satisfaction survey to see if any changes need to be made, and we will then once again be asking patients if they would agree to complete it.
